"The hotel service was excellent, it was the service of Hotels-x that we didn't appreciate. They didnt' get the information to the hotel that we had paid online and we spent over an hour trying to figure everything out. We had to get all our verification out to say we paid and my bank statement to show that it was charged."

"Hall had mildew smell. Room shows signs of dry rot.
Room was over priced for what is. At over $100 per night I expected a lot more. I used an 800 number to get reservation, which locked me (Hotels X Discounts) into a higher rate for the same room my company got for considerably less than my room. ( Northern Border Pipeline ).
Hotel has two vans. One should be able to make a airport run. You could charge a small fee and still have a happy customer."
